The Taste of Shrub

This pre-depression era beverage is easy to make and tastes great on a hot summer afternoon. I love these fabulous, healthy drinks. Kids love them too.

2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup fresh dandelion roots, chopped (or 1/4 cup dried dandelion roots)

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced ( I use crystalized ginger from the GNC store)

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1 cup apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar) 1/2 cup honey (or more to taste)
